Data center construction is a schedule business. The building is not the product; the energized, commissioned, accepted capacity is the product, and every date on the critical path traces back to it. We staff people who understand Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning, MEP coordination density, redundancy configurations, and the documentation rigor that owners in this market require.
